DATA SUBJECT REQUEST FORM

According to the article 11 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“Law”), personal data owners, defined as "data subjects", are granted the right to make certain requests regarding the processing of their personal data.

To ensure that your application is properly evaluated by Primavera Turizm Seyahat Organizasyon Anonim Şirketi (“Euroriente Travel”), as the data controller, it is necessary for you to provide us with the information and documents requested according to the nature of the Form and your request, completely and accurately.

In applications to be made by a proxy or guardian, a notarized power of attorney must be submitted along with this Form. For applications to be made on behalf of individuals under guardianship, a copy of the documents proving the guardianship must be sent to us along with this Form.

In case of any deficiencies in the information and documents requested with this Form, you will be contacted, and you will be asked to remedy the deficiency as soon as possible.
