RESPONSIBILITIES
The services provided by Euroriente Travel are
land (including, if the circuit so indicates, air/ferry/cruise section operated
by the corresponding regular line companies). They begin at the time the
customer receives the first planned service from our company (always after
border and customs procedures) and end at the moment when the customer receives
the last scheduled service (transfer, breakfast or the corresponding one
according to the package purchased). Euroriente Travel is not responsible for
the consequences or circumstances arising from services not provided by our
company (air problems, damage or loss of luggage on flights, customs/border or
documentation problems).
Euroriente Travel will not be responsible for
objects or material goods lost or forgotten by the passenger during the tour,
nor will it be responsible in the event of deterioration or damage to objects
or material goods belonging to third parties.
In general, no service that is not included in
the program, contract or information that is given to the traveler. Airport
taxes, boarding fees on cruise ships, visas, taxes on entry and exit to
countries, tips (which in some destinations such as Turkey, Egypt, Dubai,
Morocco or Cruises, which will be specified on your voucher, is mandatory and
must be paid directly at destination).
Any errors or variations that are detected
after the publication of this catalog will be notified to our tour operators
and corrected in the documentation sent for each reservation, if you purchase
the circuit. The acquisition of any of our circuits implies knowledge and
acceptance of them.
All rates for optional activities may be
modified during the season, and only the rates published on the website at the
time of booking will be valid. Optional activity rates are commissionable 10%,
while extra night rates are net (non-commissionable).
GUARANTEED
DEPARTURES
All our circuits and combined
programs from more than 1 country have guaranteed departures, although in
limited cases it may happen that Euroriente Travel may not be able to operate a
departure. In this case, and by way of compensation, Euroriente Travel would
offer the same trip on a date before or after the one chosen or another trip
with similar characteristics in duration and route, offering, as compensation,
a reduction of 50% on the value of the same. Guaranteed departures may be
cancelled, without compensation or liability on the part of Euroriente Travel,
if there are exceptional unforeseeable circumstances such as - among others -
war conflicts, terrorist attacks, natural disasters, epidemics or economic
circumstances that generate a very significant drop in expected sales.
THE ORDER OF THE ITINERARY
The order of the itinerary may be
varied for climatic or operational reasons, always maintaining the same content
of the program without prior notice, including changes in the order of visits
for operational reasons, location of hotels, opening and closing times of
monuments or cultural places. All circuits are subject to changes in order or operation
depending on the day of arrival of passengers in Istanbul, as well as optional activities
which may vary from day to day due to operational needs, itinerary development
or other factors, which will be informed by their assistants or guides at
destination.
The departure of the tour to Ankara
is always on Mondays and Thursdays, the order of nights in Istanbul can
be varied having them pre/or post circuit depending on the day of arrival of
the passengers in Istanbul. All circuits with direct departure to Cappadocia
(without overnight in Ankara) are always on Tuesdays and Fridays, the
order of nights in Istanbul may vary pre/post circuit depending on the day of
arrival of the passengers in Istanbul. The final order of the circuit will be
reflected in the service voucher along with the final confirmed hotels.
The passenger must arrive at the
lobby on time at the time confirmed by the tour attendant and be attentive to meeting
your guide. In case you do not meet the guide, please contact your assistant or
emergency number urgently.
The circuits are tours accompanied
by an English-speaking guide, the guide will be with the group during the
circuit and will be their main point of contact. When you are in Istanbul, you
might have different guides depending on the day of visits. Once we leave
Istanbul for Ankara (inland circuit), you will have the same guide for the rest
of the trip.
In the morning pickups of tours in
Istanbul our team of guides/assistants are Spanish and English speaking, they
are organized and distributed according to the location of the hotels, so you
will be picked up by one of them and taken to the meeting point in the historic
area, where your English speaking guide will meet you and the rest of the
entire group to start the tours. In this way we minimize the travel time from
your hotel to the starting point of the activity.
At the end of the included tours of
Istanbul (Suleyman Mosque or Spice Bazaar and Bosphorus Walk) the return hotel
transfer is not included, only the optional tours of Istanbul include the
return hotel transfers.
If you want to hire optional
excursions to complete your trip with the best experiences, your assistant or
guide will inform you and you can purchase them through them. The contracting
of optional activities external to Euroriente Travel is not allowed in our
circuits, giving rise to operational problems and may result in the loss of
other services already contracted, Euroriente Travel will not be responsible in
these cases and will ensure that the group or third parties are not affected in
schedules, development and organization of the general circuit.
HOTELS
• Our hotels are carefully chosen and selected, always
proposing different options of central and modern hotels according to the taste
of each passenger.
• The location of our hotels
is chosen on the basis of good communication with the center of the cities
visited.
• The rooms are basically
double, twin or double bed and have a private bathroom/shower.
• The final hotels (of those
indicated as planned) will be informed about 10 days before departure.
Euroriente Travel will not accept changes of hotel once the passenger(s) are at
their destination.
• The classification of all
planned hotels is according to the standards of the Ministry of Tourism of the
country visited.
• Triple room in most hotels, the extra bed for the
third person is not of equal size and comfort.
AIR
SECTIONS, FERRIES and SHIPS
Tours that include sections on
Flights, Ferries or Boats are subject to a limited number of seats. If at the
time of booking there are no places available, availability may be offered at
another time, class or different company. In these cases, the itineraries could
be altered, with the possibility of losing a visit included.
Circuits with flights included,
these will be issued based on the data/documentation received. Euroriente
Travel is not responsible for the expenses generated by the need to cancel and
reissue flights due to the fact that the passengers' passport details provided
to Euroriente Travel differ from the passenger's actual data at the time of
boarding. Expenses will be invoiced for changes of reservations in circuits
that include cruises, flights or on special dates.
The internal air segments included
in our circuits have a baggage limitation of 15 kg / person (the cost derived
from excess baggage must be borne directly by the customers at the time of
check-in with the airline). In case of need, the passenger may leave luggage at
the circuit hotel as long as they return to the same hotel (variable cost
depending on the hotel assumed by the passenger), check with the attendant
their return hotel
In the event that ferry companies
between the Greek islands suffer unforeseen schedule modifications or
cancellations due to weather or operational reasons, strikes or similar events,
Euroriente Travel will be responsible for finding the appropriate alternatives,
but WITHOUT taking care of the expenses that may arise from hotels, transfers,
... During flight journeys on domestic or international flights, ferry between
Greek islands or train, no English-speaking assistance or guide is available.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
TRANSFERS
During the arrival transfer, the
free wait is 90 minutes at the airport, counting from the time of the flight
landing. The passenger's contact number must be provided prior to booking to
facilitate contact with airport staff.
During the transfer to Istanbul
Airport (IST) once you have collected your luggage and cleared customs, you
will need to go outside gate number 8 where our representative will be waiting
for you with a "EURORIENTE TRAVEL" sign. If you arrive at Istanbul
Airport (SAW on the Asian side) once you have collected your luggage and
cleared customs, our representative will be waiting for you, crossing the
pedestrian crossing approx. 40 meters between column 9 and column 10 with the
"EURORIENTE TRAVEL" sign.
During the arrival transfer in the event that
you are unable to meet our representative due to high traffic at the airport,
delay in baggage claim or other problems, you must contact us at the 24/7
emergency number: +90 539 657 5098 WhatsApp/call, so that we can facilitate
your meeting.
Airport/hotel/airport transfers are carried out
by local staff so they are not guaranteed in Spanish (arrival and departure
transfers or transfers for flights contemplated in your circuit), you can be
English or local speaking, for any problem or need contact your Spanish
speaking assistant or the emergency number please. The team will be happy to
help you.
In the event of a delay, missed
connection or arrival on a different flight than scheduled, it is essential
that you contact the emergency telephone number as soon as possible.
During the arrival transfer at other
national or international airports, seaport or train stations, after passing
the customs procedures, you will need to go to the exit where our
representative will be waiting for you with an “EURORIENTE TRAVEL" sign.
In those cases where additional
nights are requested, whether pre or post tour, the departure or arrival
transfer will also be included at no additional charge, in most programs, and
provided that the additional nights have been booked and included in your
travel program and are attached to the beginning or end of a tour.
In case the international
arrival/departure flights are to the Asian airport SAW, you will need to add
"Suppl. SAW transfer" is mandatory in the process of your reservation.

24-HOUR SUPPORT
Euroriente Travel provides customers
with a 24-hour telephone number for exclusive use during travel days, 24/7
emergency number: +90 539 657 5098 WhatsApp/call. In addition, before your
arrival in Istanbul, a local representative will contact you via WhatsApp to
give you details about your arrival and schedule a meeting in the hotel lobby,
where they will inform you of general recommendations of the trip, confirmed
times for the visits, name of your guide and will be able to solve any doubts
or questions. The assistant will send you the information on schedules and
order of visits through WhatsApp. If you do not receive any communication,
please contact us through the emergency number via WhatsApp.
CANCELLATION POLICY
INDIVIDUAL BOOKINGS
The management fees and cancellation
fees if they have occurred regardless of the date of departure and once the
trip has been confirmed by Euroriente Travel. The management fee invoiced by
Euroriente Travel will be (20 USD) per file.
No penalty is applied for
Cancellations of reservations made for duly justified and demonstrable reasons
of force majeure.
• A 50% penalty would apply
for cancellations made 15 days prior to the date of travel.
• A 75% penalty would apply
for cancellations made 7 days prior to the travel date.
• A 100% penalty would apply
for cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the date of travel.
For tours with Cruise in Greece a
penalty of 25% will be applied for cancellations made in 90 days before the
date of travel, 50% for cancellations made in 60 days before the date of
travel, 75% for cancellations made in 30 days before the date of travel, 100%
for cancellations made less than 7 days before the date of travel.
CANCELLATION POLICY GROUP
BOOKINGS IN REGULAR AND PRIVATE
The management fees and cancellation

Euroriente Travel will be (20 USD) per file.
• A 0% penalty would apply for
cancellations made up to 45 days prior to the arrival date.
• A penalty of 20% of the
total invoice would apply for cancellations made between 45 and 30 days prior
to the date of arrival.
• A penalty of 30% of the
total invoice would apply for cancellations made between 30 and 21 days prior
to the date of arrival.
• A penalty of 50% of the
total invoice would apply for cancellations made between 20 and 15 days prior
to the arrival date.
• A penalty of 75% of the total invoice would apply for cancellations made
between 15 and 7 days prior to the arrival date.
• A penalty of 100% of the
total invoice would apply for cancellations made between 7 and 0 days prior to
the arrival date.
For tours with Cruise in Greece a
penalty of 25% will be applied for cancellations made in 90 days before the
date of travel, 50% for cancellations made in 60 days before the date of
travel, 75% for cancellations made in 30 days before the date of travel, 100%
for cancellations made less than 7 days before the date of travel.
COMPLAINTS
In the event that you consider that
there is a breach of the services contracted to Euroriente Travel, please ask
our accompanying guide or correspondent for a written note pointing out such
non-compliance. In the event that for any reason this is not feasible, we ask
that you inform us as soon as possible about the non-compliance so that we can
try to seek an urgent resolution to it. If this aspect has not been met, in the
event of a subsequent claim, the burden of proof of the events complained of
will correspond to the consumer. Euroriente Travel guarantees the response to
all the writings or claims received within 20 days of the end date of the trip,
addressed through the travel agency that made the sale. Euroriente Travel will
not deal with claims received after the indicated date, given the difficulty in
carrying out the relevant inquiries after a long period of time.
GRATUITIES
AND HOTEL TAXES:
Tipping is a common custom in the
Middle East region and forms a part of the earnings of workers in the sector,
our tours do not include the tips corresponding to your trip, however it is
indicated in each itinerary the amount to be paid of tips that would be divided
among (Guides-Drivers-Transferists) who provide services throughout your stay
and must be paid upon arrival or throughout the trip. In each circuit the exact
amount will be indicated and determined by countries to visit in your program.
Hotel taxes are mandatory taxes
determined in each country by the government tourism agencies, and variable
according to each country in your circuit, these hotel taxes will be identified
in your program for payment at destination.

TERMS
OF PAYMENT FOR SERVICES
Payment of 50% of all services will
be made 45 days prior to the arrival of the clients. The remaining 50% will be
paid 15 days prior to the arrival of the clients. All payment will be made by
SWIFT bank transfer to our bank account.
In case of not having payment on the
established dates, we will not be able to guarantee the services.
Specific conditions of payments for
regular and private groups:
Payment of 20% of the total invoice, to be made 45 days
before arrival.
Payment of 20% of the total invoice, to be made 30 days
before arrival.
Payment of 60% of the total invoice, to be made 21 days
before arrival.
General Credit and Prepayment Conditions:
Credit agencies must only AUTHORIZE deposits in writing.
Prepaid agencies must comply with prepayments according to
the established payment policy.
